Hardware delivery to prevent DDOS attacks is confirmed 28th April. We start installation and configuration next week.
For VPS customers this means that DDOS attacks are history by the end of next week, unless specifically your VPS is under attack.

Hardware delivery for 10Gb access is moved to 28 April. We expect to upgrade our network to 10Gb next week.

ตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2015 VPS เราเป็นเป้าหมายการโจมตีแบบ DDOS แทบจะเป็นรายวัน
การโมตีแบบ DDOS หรือ Distributed Denial of Service Attack เป็นการโจมตีที่ทำให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้บางช่วง โดยการเข้าไปใช้แบนด์วิดทั้งหมดของเราที่มี และสิ่งที่รบกวนเราตลอดคือ DDOS จะทำให้ VPS ที่เหลือทั้งหมดไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เกือบนาที
แต่ทั้งนี้ไม่ใช่แค่เราที่ถูกโจมตีแบบ DDOS ผู้ให้บริการรายอื่นก็ถูกโจมตีแบบนี้เช่นเดียวกัน
ณ ตอนนี้เรามีความพยายามที่จะช่วยลดระดับการโจมตีจาก DDOS ซึ่งสามารถลดลงได้มากสุดที่ 5 นาที
วิธีเดียวที่จะหยุดการโจมตีแบบ DDOS ได้ก็คือการมีแบนด์วิดที่มากกว่าระดับการโจมตีของ DDOS
และเรากำลังจะใช้วิธีนี้ ในเดือน เมษายนนี้ เราจะทำการเพิ่มขนาดแบนด์วิดจาก 1gb เป็น 10gb เราจะเป็นผู้ให้บริการ VPS ที่มีขนาด แบนด์วิดใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย
เมื่อ Hardware ที่เราต้องการใช้ถูกส่งมาถึงแล้ว เราจะทำการติดตั้งแบนด์วิด 10gb ทันที
และหลังจากการติดตั้งเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้ที่จะได้รับผลกระทบการโจมตี DDOS จะเป็นรายบุคคลเท่านั้น ลูกค้ารายอื่นๆจะไม่ได้รับผลกระทบนี้อีก

Dear customer,
Since February 2015 some of the VPS's are being targeted by DDOS attacks.
A DDOS attack is a Distributed Denial of Service Attack. These attacks are used to make a VPS unavailable for a while by consuming all available bandwidth.
A very unpleasant side-effect is that DDOS attacks are making all VPS's unavailable for minutes.
We also discovered that we are not the only VPS provider that are suffering from DDOS attacks. Every VPS provider is suffering from this.
At the moment we already took many actions to mitigate the DDOS attacks. We were able to reduce the attack time to 5 minutes maximum.
The only real solution to get the DDOS attacks under control, is by having more bandwidth available than the actual attack.
This is what we are going to do. In April we will upgrade our bandwidth from 1Gb to 10Gb.
We will be the VPS provider with the largest available bandwidth in Thailand!
As soon as the necessary hardware has been delivered we will start implementing the 10Gb connection.
After implementation a DDOS attack will only affect the VPS that's being under attack, and not all others.
As soon as we have a date for upgrade then we will let you know.
